OPAM - October

If it wasn’t for Peg and Kris who organises the OPAM every month and keeps us on track I wouldn’t be organised at all!
My tally for October is 4.

First out is a Stash and Dash, pattern from byAnnie.

I’ve made another baby nest for my niece’s baby girl called Elly. She’s such a cutie!

For me I’ve knitted a TegnaSweater, a bit longer than the original, the yarn is Cash cotton from Garnudsalg.

Then I took a mystery workshop at Tyger&Ting. It turned out to be a table runner and I’m so pleased with it!

As usual I’ll end with my DGS

Sorry about the one that didn’t work last time!

FNwF

Last Friday i joined Cheryll for Friday Night with Friends. I can't remember last time I joined in. It is fun to craft with people from all over the world through the cyber. Thanks Cheryll for hosting!
I finished this baby dress wich took me all night, and on Sunday I gave it away to my niece who will have a baby girl in September. The pattern is from Knitting for Olive. A very sweet dress and the pattern is so well written.
And Saturday we celebrated my DGS first birthday, here he is munching away on his cake. He seems like being in his own world, really enjoying it.

OPAM - July

Another month has passed and tomorrow the last summermonth starts.

I've been test knitting these socks called Magdalena. It feels good to use wool that has been in my stash for more than 10 years!
I haven't spent much time with my sewing machine but did sew this cushion for a friend.
And this shawl, Pebble Beach Shawl, was very fun and fast to knit.
And I've been to a beautiful wedding, Congrats to Ia and Jonas!

and the little man will turn 1 next weekend

OPAM - March

Sorry for a photo heavy post.
In this shawl - Nurmilintu by Heidi Alander - I've used only 50grams of Blackhill Alpaca.
As usual I went to the quiltretreat in Fegen and managed to sew a pincushion
and a toiletry bag for me
I love that fabric! This is what it looks like when opened
For a friends birthday I made two pot holders
For my dear cousin I made a toiletry bag just like mine (other colours obviously)
A lunch bag, (are you still with me)
two mug rugs
a table mat
and two bread baskets
Socks for me, and we still need a bit of warmth

and last but certainly not least, a slipover for my DGS

And that's it for March.

Christmas gifts

For Christmas I made a few gifts.
A table runner for my DD and her family. Here is the front and back, it's more winter than christmas
For my Mother I made a rucksack, and as always she thinks that I make wonderful things. :)
It always make me so happy when they like what I make for them.

SSCS

I also joined in on the SSCS organised by Chooky and got my gifts from Susan.
A beautiful bag the scissors in it and it was all wrapped in the fabric, the fob is the ornament I got from her and could open as soon as the package arrived.

Can you see the beauty in it, she's even managed a C in one of the hexies, and I love the colours!
Thank you so very much Susan, I really love it all!

I was to send to Fiona and made her a wallhanging
and a little ornament for the Christmas tree.

Thank you Chooky for organising this fun swap!
